Our Mission
Our Vision

Our End-to-End Manufacturing Process
Our End-to-End Manufacturing Process
Copper Smelting & Refining
We smelt and refine copper in-house to produce high-quality, oxygen-free copper rods, ensuring the purest base material for our cables
Wire Drawing
Oxygen-free copper rods are drawn through precision dies to achieve conductor sizes (0.7mm² to 6mm²), guaranteeing smooth finish and uniformity.
Annealing
The drawn wires undergo annealing (heat treatment) to enhance ductility and flexibility.
This process prevents brittleness, ensuring cables can withstand bending during installation.
Stranding
Multiple fine copper wires are stranded together (as per cable type) to improve flexibility, mechanical strength, and current carrying capacity.
Stranding pattern ensures minimum resistance and long service life
Insulation & Sheathing
Conductors are insulated using high-quality, flame-retardant PVC.
Advanced extrusion machines ensure uniform thickness, strong adhesion, and smooth finish.
For multi-core cables, an additional PVC sheath is applied for extra protection and durability.
Quality Testing
Each batch undergoes rigorous electrical, thermal, and mechanical testing:
a) Conductor resistance test
b) Insulation resistance test
c) High-voltage withstand test
d) Flame retardancy & heat shock test
Ensures compliance with ISO and KEBS standards.
Cutting & Packaging
Finished cables are cut to standard coil lengths (90m/100m / 200m) or customized as per client requirements.
Packed with protective wrapping to prevent damage during transportation.
Each coil is barcode-tagged and batch numbered for traceability.
Why Our Process Stands Out
- 100% In-house manufacturing
- Internationally certified testing protocols
- Traceability from raw material to final delivery
- Sustainable, eco-conscious practices in insulation and packaging
